Who are we?

We are bGood, an initiative housed in the NUS Department of Biomedical Engineering that embodies the spirit of innovation, empathy, and community engagement. We are a passionate team of educators and students committed to making a tangible impact on the lives of the elderly and Persons with disabilities through the bespoke co-creation of assistive technologies and gerontechnological solutions.

Our Mission

bGood is committed to empower students to co-create solutions to enhance the lives of the elderly and persons with disabilities.

Our Vision

bGood is to become the leading in-house design and engineering solutions provider specializing in assistive technology. We aspire to build a library of student-driven innovations with the potential for wide-scale deployment in Singapore and beyond.

Innovation Through Education.

Our curriculum lays the technical foundations in the first and second years of university, equipping students with the basic skills in design and engineering. In their third and final years, students have the opportunity to apply their expertise to real-world community problems through two specialized modules: BN4102 Gerontechnology in Ageing and BN4103 Assistive Technologies for Persons with Disability.
